1 All lessons are to be paid for on the day or in advance
2 While we have a relaxed policy on lesson cancellations we would appreciate at least 24 hours notice or you may be charged for the lesson missed,however if you do not notify us and let us turn up for a pre-arranged lesson you will be charged. However with regard to intensive and semi intensive (2 or more lessons per week) The full course must be paid in advance,and whilst the course can be re-arranged if requested,if the course is cancelled then all monies are non refundable.
3 We will not liable for traffic delays or mechanical breakdown
4 It is the pupils responsibility to make sure driving test/licence details are correct
5 If a driving test is canceled by the DSA on arrival for any reason the pupil will still be charged , your test fee will not be affected if the test is canceled due to bad weather , poor light or if the DSA can not provide an examiner.
6 If a pupil is found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs the lesson will be canceled and the pupil charged
7 The use of the instructors car for driving tests is at the discretion of the instructor.
8 Change of pick up address must be made within 24 hours of lesson
9 If a drop of point is to be changed this must be notified at the start of the lesson
10 All arrears must be paid in full before a driving test can commence
11 Driving tests before 9am may incur an extra charge
12 It is the pupils responsibilty to ensure we are free for a test before booking one with the dsa,if you do not we are not liable for you being unable to use the car for your test.
